About MCC Great Lakes

The Great Lakes region of MCC includes the seven states of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee and Wisconsin, as well as parts of Missouri, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Our constituency consists of over 1,300 congregations that work together in various ways to support the ongoing work of Mennonite Central Committee.

In the name of Christ, MCC Great Lakes is working to:

  • respond to human need at home and abroad
  • confront racism and work to dismantle racist structures and attitudes
  • initiate dialogue through seminars, workshops, and resource persons
  • provide service opportunities
  • support churches in outreach ministries
  • increase awareness of peace and justice issues, including world hunger, nonviolence and lifestyle concerns.

Our main office is located in Goshen, Indiana, with other staff located in Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky and Appalachia.

We would love to hear from you and find ways to connect your congregation and community with the work of MCC!
