MCC Great Lakes’ program, Sharing With Appalachian People (SWAP), is as much about building relationships as it is making houses warm, safe and dry.

Volunteers and staff worked together with 80 homeowners in Appalachia this summer to make homes safe, warm and dry. While the repair projects were important, it's the relationships that may be most important.
