SWAP (Sharing with Appalachian People) is a unique home repair program serving low-income families in Kentucky and West Virginia. SWAP provides week-long serve and learn opportunities for youth, college, family and church groups of all ages.

We are also looking for summer staff (at least 18 years old) to work as coordinators for job sites and to prepare meals for the weekly SWAP groups. SWAP provides food and lodging and $125 per week.
