What we do

MCC Great Lakes is committed to serving and equipping others to serve "in the name of Christ."

Resource Development: Relief sales, thrift shops, material resources collection and meat canning all provide finances and materials for MCC's work.

Connecting Peoples: We work to link congregations of different cultures, ethnic backgrounds and locations, and work to provide people with opportunities to serve both locally and internationally.

Service and learning opportunities: Hundreds of people serve in our SWAP and Summer Service programs each year, in addition to thousands more at relief sales, thrift shops, meat canning and other venues.

Education: We provide resources for congregations and individuals to learn more about the world and how they can be involved in the work of MCC.
